According to the Mental Health Foundation, 1 in 4 adults feel lonely some or all of the time. The longer we feel lonely, the more risk we are of mental health problems. This week is about raising awareness and taking steps to address this.
If you notice a colleague, a friend, relative or neighbour who looks down......spend some time with them to see if they are ok. You never know who or how much someone is suffering until you ask.
