HMR Training Courses
As part of HMR Healthcare's strict recruitment process, we have to be sure that we recruit and employ only the best healthcare professionals. Clients expect our staff to fit in seamlessly whenever they are called upon to cover a shift. To ensure that we meet these standards, we only accept valid training certificates as proof of training and if that is not possible, we offer our own in-house training.
With a modern and equipped training room, HMR Healthcare can now offer training that is Skills for Health aligned and to the UK Core Skills Training Framework. We have a large network of trainers, who supply training courses to Healthcare agencies, Nursing homes, NHS Hospitals, Private hospitals, Events and Offices. To support and encourage our healthcare staff's development, we also run specialist courses. Examples of these are:
- Venepuncture
- Cannulation
- Tracheostomy
- Emergency First Aid at Work
Every month we run practical courses in Basic Life/First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Safety Awareness, Conflict Resolution and Breakaway. Almost on a daily basis, we have staff logging in online to complete their eLearning. If there are courses we cannot run on-site due to not having the equipment, we will direct our staff to the right trainer/training company. We offer the opportunity for all staff, both office and healthcare professionals, the chance to study for NVQs, Diplomas and accreditations.
