Here at HMR we work with healthcare professionals across the spectrum, from Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to Registered General and Specialist Nurses. This is also across a variety of establishments, to ensure we can provide our members with a wide variety of work. This offers them the option to evolve and learn. With opportunities for development, we can therefore assist nurses with moving up bands and carers with advancing their skills. We supply to a large variety of wards and cater for all different specialities from community hospitals to acute wards in large hospitals.

Whatever your preference, we can provide you with it and we have plenty of wards that continue to ask for the same agency, as they acknowledge over time how professional and personal all of our members are. Some members are even lucky enough to be valued enough that hospitals sometimes ask for them in specific and block book them up, months in advance.

Not only do we cater for all general nurses, we also help to develop our healthcare assistants, to evolve their skill sets and confidence to move up to working in hospitals. We pride ourselves in taking a personal responsibility in ensuring that all of our members are given the right opportunities to develop fully and improve as far as they would like to in their career. We receive great pleasure in watching our members, achieve their annual goals, regularly receiving great feedback from establishments.
