Here at HMR we work alongside our sister company WNA Healthcare, to provide our members with a wide variety of work. This offers them the option to evolve and learn. Working with us, we will provide members with a great opportunity to get to learn from the best. We have trained many members up to Supervisory level in many of the local nursing homes around the South.
We take pride in all of our members, who will display all the important attributes such as helpfulness, vigilance, empathy and professionalism. If a member is specifically looking for nursing homes, we can provide to them, part-time and full-time hours. We make sure all of our members receive the best support they can get form our head office staff Booking Co-Coordinators, Business Development and HR/Compliance teams.
As mentioned, our sister company, WNA Healthcare, supports any member that is looking to evolve into hospitals at any point, to further their career. They will assist by providing the training and skills to help a member in becoming confident in a fast paced working environment.
