HMR Cashback Schemes
HMR believes that loyalty is a key ingredient in building not only a future but a successful future. Without staff, both office and frontline healthcare professionals, there would be no business. We acknowledge this by offering the chance for members to receive cashback from the 1st day of employment to the last!
See below for some of our cashback schemes:
- 50% refund of eLearning - When members complete their eLearning within 28 days of being uploaded, we will refund half of the value of their course back to them.
- 50% refund of Mandatory Practical training - Once a member has completed 150 hours of work from the date of any mandatory practical training course, then they are entitled to a refund of half the value of their course.
- 100% refund of Joining costs - (New applicants scheme) New applicants are entitled to take advantage of only one joining scheme. There is a scheme at the moment called Free to Join. If a new member completes 200 hours of work within a limited period from the registration period, then they will be fully refunded for items they have paid e.g. Mandatory training courses, uniform, ID badge and DBS Check.
