Mary Melton | Domiciliary Carer

Mary has not only evolved her career as a carer with HMR she has helped us evolve too

Mary started last year and has already achieved her NVQ Level 2 with us. Recently she has spent a lot of time focusing with one of our domiciliary clients as she told us that she would like to, allowing her to really enjoy her work. They have created a really great bond as because she made us aware of it, we have made sure Mary is able to work where she wants to and we have had some great feedback from our client and her family.
